Limnophila Hippuridoides

Limnophila hippuridoides, originally hailing from Asia, develops stalks that can reach heights of 20-50 cm and widths of 6-10 cm, often featuring attractive outwardly curved shoot tips. It's a versatile plant capable of adapting to a range of environmental conditions.

The leaves exhibit a green coloration with a red-violet undersurface, and under optimal growth conditions, the entire leaf takes on a red-violet hue. This plant grows vigorously and readily produces robust new shoots from its base. To accommodate these new shoots, it is recommended to thin out the oldest and longest ones, with the cuttings being replanted to establish new roots.
