Shipping policy

All livestock and hard goods will be shipped separately for the best result. Each will be sent through the most appropriate shipping method, ensuring your order arrives in excellent condition. Hard goods will be sent through USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We carefully manage the timing of orders to guarantee your products arrive as soon as possible, livestock orders placed on Thursdays will be shipped the following Monday.

We ship on every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, except postal holidays.

Shrimp are shipped in breather bags, insulated with styrofoam and cellulose insulation. Heat pack/cold pack will be added when necessary. In case of extreme weather conditions, we may hold on to shipping for a few more days or until it is deemed to be safe to ship.
